When we go into the zone for speaking the energy is so high that we forget to be tired or sick. The energy of the audience bathes us in love and fills us with support. Isn’t it wonderful to be open to let that in? Thanks for sharing your story.

Sandra, I couldn’t agree more – speaking turns is definitely a peak experience endeavor – recently I had a talk booked and on the day of the engagement I was sick with the flu.

I showed up, delivered my talk, and it was only afterward as I was driving home I was wondering why my sinuses were all plugged up – I had completely forgotten I was sick!
